• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Fulfillment, shipping, and delivery obligations
• Returns, refunds, and customer disputes related to their products
• Any damages, injuries, or losses caused by their products

4. Location-Based Orders

Orders are routed to shop owners based on geographic proximity and availability. Shop owners agree to fulfill orders received through the platform in a timely manner.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate delivery information, pay for orders promptly, and use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. TushUp may charge platform fees as disclosed at the time of listing or checkout.

7. Alteration Services

Alteration services are provided by third-party tailors. TushUp is not responsible for the quality of alteration work performed.

8. Limitation of Liability

TushUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or purchase of marketplace goods.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Location data is used solely for order routing and product discovery.

10. Modifications

TushUp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
